Norfolk & Western 611: Farewell Tour from Strasburg: May 2023 (4K)

In April of 2023, after spending 2 years at the Strasburg Railroad. The Norfolk & Western 611 & Strasburg Railroad's announced a series of Farewell Excursions with the Queen of Steam. I decided to make the trek down as I wanted to see the 611 one last time, and because there was shots I still wanted of the engine at Strasburg. On Memorial day weekend, myself and a few friends would embark on a 2 day chase with the 611 & 475 across the Railroad. With a new Whistle that sounded fantastic, and the 611 putting on it's best show yet at the Railroad. From many different angles trackside, I hope you all enjoy my coverage of what maybe 611's final excursion at Strasburg trackside.

Few Things to note: A few of these shots were taken on Private Property, where permission was obtained before getting the shot. Please do not trespass at the Strasburg Railroad. This is also not 611's final excursions, there was a like on Sunday and it seems promising. Lastly, I have no idea where the new N&W Whistle came from, other then it sounded fantastic!

Also a Huge thank you goes out to WA Railfan Sub, for not only helping me with my new DSLR but having a spare piece for my tripod when I accidentally left it at home! My video may have come out a little more shaken had it not been for that!
