Stand facing a table. Take one big step away, with arms straight above head. Place feet wider than shoulder-width apart. Pull belly in and slowly flex forward until wrists are resting on the table. Shift hips back until they are no longer over heels. Rest into the stretch until the back is parallel to the floor. Shift body weight to each side to allow for a deeper stretch on each side. Hold each stretch for 20 seconds, 2x a day.
