Bosch Universal Mixer- 3 Batches of Snickerdoodle Cookies & Recipe!

In this video I am using my Bosch Universal mixer to make 3 batches of Snickerdoodles at once! I have had it for 4 months and LOVE IT! I also still love my Kitchen Aid.

Snickerdoodle Recipe:

1/2 Cup Shortening
1/2 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Cups Sugar

Combine
Then add:
2 Eggs

Mix again
Then Add;
2 3/4 Cups of Flour
2 tsp Cream of Tarter
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt

Roll into Balls &
Roll in Cinnamon and Sugar mixture

bake at 400 degrees
8 min (or less depending on your oven!)
Do not over Bake. Let cool on pan for 10 min then move to cooling rack. ENJOY!
