Whippit Recipe:
1 pack/kilo Bakersfield Whippit paste
250g Cold water (first preparation)
***after 24/48 hrs chilled, add cold water gradually start with 2 tbsp (30g) and add a bit more as needed. Suggested firm consistency water content for flower piping is 250-270 grams, for coating cakes 350 to 400grams. but if you want to add more it's okay just dont go beyond the standard water content of 500grams.(it will give you soft/foamy consistency for 500g water)

1st Preparation procedure:
♦️Beat paste until it become light and aerated
♦️Add cold water 250g (very cold water) beat first at low speed then change to maximum speed if water is completely dissolved
♦️Chill overnight, much better one to two days.
♦️If need to use immediately you can chill for at 3hours to have better consistency. Re-whip and add cold water by Tbsp at first you can add 2tbs
(1 Tbsp-15g), add as needed until you reach your desired consistency.
♦️Add flavors of your choice, for me to enhance the flavor and sweetness of Whippit frosting I just added 1 to 2 Tbsp of cream cheese frosting and a drop of lemon mc cormick.
♦️ You add colors of your choice, you can use any kinds of colors Gel, soft gel, liquid or spray color. but you have to be careful in adding liquid colors it may affect the consistency of the frosting. That's why still we recommend gel colors specially when aiming for Dark colors.
