Everybody likes a good push workout, right? This video features a chest and triceps push workout with resistance bands!

This workout includes five different chest exercises to target your upper, middle, and lower pecs. It also includes two arm exercises to finish off your triceps.

All you need to complete this workout is a variety of 41-inch resistance bands, a pair of Clench Band Handles, and at least one anchor.

Here’s how this workout goes…

Mid-Anchor Fly [4 Sets|10-12 Reps]

Single Band Chest Press [4 Sets|12, 10, 8, 5 Reps] Increase resistance with each set, aiming for the recommended number of reps.

Low-Anchor Fly [3 Sets|8-10 Reps]

Banded Push Ups [3 Sets|8-10 Reps] Modify push ups by completing them without the resistance band. Option to rest knees on the floor as well.

Single Arm Chest Press [3 Sets|8 Reps per side]

Single Arm Triceps Extension [3 Sets|6-10 Reps]

Bilateral Pushdowns [3 Sets|6-10 Reps]
