The Legendary Pokemon from the Johto region is back to raids in Pokemon GO in a shadow form. Shadow Lugia is in raids only for the weekend, however, there was a major glitch in the earlier timezones of the world, causing Niantic to remove the enrage mode on Shadow Lugia making it possible to duo it now. This was how a glitch made this possible...
