Hello Guys Note half kg channa recipe for home kitchen.
Boile Chickpeas....... 500g With half ltr water
ghee..............1 cup 50g
onion.........2 medium
coriander seeds...........1 tbl spn
chilli flake...............1tbl spn
cumin seeds..........1 tbl spn
turmeric................. 1/2 tbl spn
black cardamom powder.........1/2 tea spn
cinnamon powder..............1 tea spn
black paper powder........... 1 tea spn
cloves powder....................1/2 tea spn

make this spicy tarka and add in boil chickpeas.
orange food color as per requairment
green chilli choped......1 tea spn or 3to4 chilli paste
Salt .....................1 tbl spn or to taste
