Welcome to The Lab! This is where we provide you with workouts every Monday and Friday! This is todays lower body workout with a focus on squat movements as part of our Fluid Strength Series! Here's the full workout:

3-5 sets of 8-12 reps on each side
◆ Alternating Lunge
◆ Home Run Pivots
◆ Circle Stop Pivots

3-5 sets of 8-12 reps on each side
◆ Bulgarian Split Squat
◆ Low to High Rotations

1-3 sets of 30 second holds
◆ Low Squat Hold
◆ Low Sissy Squat Hold
