3-5 sets of 8-12 reps on each side

◆ RMT Bent Over Row
◆ Underhand 8 Shifts

3-5 sets of 8-12 reps on each side
◆ Slasher-Step Swing
◆ Royal Curl

1-3 sets of 30 second holds
◆ Chin Up Hold
◆ Dead Hang
