In this video we will make Kovaikkai Mor Kuzhambu. It is a simple and healthy south indian yoghurt or curd based curry prepared mainly with coconut and Kovaikkai or Tindora. It is generally prepared as curry for steamed rice and is served for lunch and dinner. The mor kuzhambu or yoghurt curry is simple to prepare without many spices and can be prepared within minutes.

You can replace Kovaikkai in this recipe with other veggies like cucumber, yam, brinjal, winter melon, pumpkin and even bottle gourd.

INGREDIENTS
Kovaikkai 250 grams
1 tbsp Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
¼ tbsp Turmeric Poder
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
¾ tbsp Salt, for taste
6 tbsp Oil
¼ tbsp Mustard Seeds
Curry leaves
Onion 50 grams, minced
4 tbsp Coconut, grated
1 cup water [100 ml]
3 tbsp Curd / Yoghurt, whisked
1 Dried Red Chilli
