Join me for a 20 minute INSANE HIIT CARDIO WORKOUT to burn calories fast and get your heart rate up. We'll be doing tons of jumping and plyometric movements, BUT I'll be providing low impact modifications throughout. This is a NO WRISTS workout, so there will be no planks, pushups or burpees today!
