I have this thing about great tasting Egg Dishes.
Let alone a Omelette Dish.
I will say this once.

My number 1 Egg Dish for Breakfast and Dinner even.
Almost like having Fillet Mignon of Eggs.

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2-3 Potatoes
1 Tbsp Butter
5 Beaten Eggs
Handful Chopped Red and Green Bell Peppers(About 1/2 a Pepper each)
Dash of Salt and Dash of Pepper
Hadnful Feta Cheese
Parsley to Garnish
