Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe
Ingredients:

3 bell peppers
1 onion
2 medium tomatoes
150g bulgur
300ml water
10ml olive oil
50g green peas
20g Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds from inside.
Cook the Bulgur:
In a pot, bring 300ml of water to a boil.
Add the bulgur, reduce heat to low, and cook for about 12 minutes until tender.
In the middle of the cooking process, add the green peas to the bulgur.
Prepare the Filling:
Chop the onion and tomatoes.
In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
Add the chopped tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the tomatoes soften.
Add 2 tablespoons of water, cover with a lid, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Once softened, add the cooked bulgur and mix well.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
Stuff and Bake:
Place the hollowed-out bell peppers in an oven-safe dish.
Stuff each bell pepper with the bulgur mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the filling is heated through.
Serve:
Once baked, sprinkle some extra grated Parmesan cheese on top.
