SSF2T: NL is a rebalanced version of SSF2T, made by Born2SPD over a five year period. The project involves an overhaul of every matchup in the game, in an effort to make seriously disadvantaged matchups (such as Honda vs. Gief) more even. The update also addresses several bugs like stored supers, having never intended to be a mechanic in ST. Some previously top tier characters (Claw, Boxer, O.Sagat and Akuma) were nerfed proportionately.

Current Balance Version: 0.3. The game will be updated (if necessary) every 6 months or so. In the next version, you will be able to choose from 24 character colours (!), which is an additional 14 colours for your main (!!). There isn't usually an ETA on the next release, but be sure to check out the discord group for updates. The game won't be updated too often due to the time it takes to work out the ways in which matches have changed. Any seriously broken tech discoveries that need patching asap will be addressed quickly.

You can play SSF2T: NL online with friends using FightCade 2, which is a GGPO based program and the successor to FightCade 1.
