A rebalanced version of Super Street Fighter II Turbo, made by Born2SPD. The v0.7 update is available to play on FightCade 2 and Darksoft now!

New Features (v0.7.1)
Game speed fix (all stages now run at the same speed and use Cammy's stage speed as it was considered the tournament standard in Japan)
1 new win quote for all CPS1 characters and 4 new win quotes for Akuma as he didn't have any (CPS2 characters already had two win quotes each)
2 new stage palettes (Ken's and Dhalsim's stages)
Reversal throw message added
Random select bug fixes
Emergency bug fixes and balance adjustments for the 2XITM tournament
Further balance changes for some characters (see the changelog for a detailed list of additional buffs and nerfs in the latest update)

SSF2T: NL is a rebalanced version of SSF2T, made by Born2SPD over a five year period. The project involves an overhaul of every matchup in the game, in an effort to make seriously disadvantaged matchups (such as Honda vs. Gief) more even. The update also addresses several bugs like stored supers, having never intended to be a mechanic in ST. Some previously top tier characters (Claw, Boxer, O.Sagat and Akuma) were nerfed proportionately.
