'Tis the season for festive prep! In this video, I’m tackling some holiday food prep to make life easier and more delicious in the weeks ahead. I’ve bought a 7kg ham that I’ll be cooking, slicing, and portioning out for sandwich meat—saving time and money!

With Santa on his way, the kids have requested chocolate chip cookies, so I’m baking a batch as part of our Christmas traditions. And for dessert on Christmas Day, my daughter Emilie and I are teaming up to make sticky toffee pudding—a special request she’s excited to tackle herself.
