The Hindu had a spot on land, but no cover over her. As the Hindu's new frames were being rebuilt below us, we built a timber frame barn above her in a race against the winter.

The Schooner Hindu was designed and built in 1925 by William Hand Jr. and is now being rebuilt 30 miles north of her original birth place in Thomaston, ME. If you'd like to support the project you can do so in many different ways!
