1 onion fry in oil couple of minutes then add 500g minced meat and cook till colour changes.
Add seasoning

Peel 1.5kg potatoes and cut it in circles

In the baking dish add oil, then potatoes on the bottom. Add minced meat on the the potatoes and spread it evenly.
Add rest of the potatoes on the top

Mix 3 eggs and thickened cream and little bit of milk.
Pour over the potatoes

Bake till golden brown and soft when you check with fork.
