Ingredients:
3 medium Potato
¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
Oil to deep fry
Salt as per taste
Chaat Masala

Method of Preparation
Grate the potatoes with a grater to make really fine.
Keep soaked in water. Heat oil in a deep wok. Remove potatoes from water, lightly squeeze the grated potatoes with your palm to take out the extra water and put in a bowl and add salt and turmeric powder, mix well.
Add the potatoes into hot oil, little by little and stir continuously till they start to turn crisp and golden in colour. Stirring will ensure even cooking.
Drain on an absorbent paper tissue.
