Rain, windy and just an over all crud of a day but still sirens get tested. This one is def rare so made an effort to visit and record it but didnt have the best day weather wise.

Had to film this using the window mount to avoid as much wind as possible. The sirens are tested first tue of the month at 10am like most in illinois.
