Step Ins - Down And Back

How To Perform: Take a step into each box one after another. Like a fast jog in the box one after another.

High Knee Step Ins - Down And Back

How To perform: Similar to Step Ins however you will bring your knee up to your chest.

Lead With The Right/Left - Down And Back

How To Perform: You will bring your right foot to the box in front then you will bring your back foot into the same box. Then bring your right foot into the next box and repeat. You will want to lead with your other foot next.

Ali Shuffle - Down And Back

How To Perform: Face laterally on the ladder. Then put your right foot in the back with your left foot in the box. Then switch while going down the ladder laterally. Similar to doing a “Grapevine” on the ladder.

Lateral One Foot In - Down And Back

How To Perform: Similar to the “Lead With The Right” however you will do the ladder laterally instead of forward.

Lateral In And Outs - Down And Back

How To Perform: You will go down laterally across the ladder. Then you put one foot in the box then one foot out. Then you will take the foot that was in the box out and switch feet. Make sure to have both feet go in the same box before going on to the next.

Skiers - Down And Back

How To Perform: Have both feet about 2 feet apart and keep them the same. Have one foot go in the box and then jump diagonally so your other foot goes in the box in front of your then jump diagonally again.

Single-Leg Hops - Down And Back

How To Perform: Hop on one leg into each box forward, Then once you go down and back switch legs and go down and back.

Icky Shuffle - Down And Back

How To Perform: Start at the end of the ladder and you will step into the first box with your right foot. Then your left foot as well while moving your right foot to the outside of the box. Then step into the next box with your left foot, followed by your right foot then step outside of the box with your left foot. Repeat this till you are down at the end of the ladder.
