In kundalini yoga teachings, we each have a halo, also known as the arcline. It's the filament of our aura, and this kundalini yoga practice polishes and brightens it. The golden nugget of this 15 minute kundalini yoga practice is called the Meditation for the Arcline: Experience your Power. It's such a fun little meditation that strengthens our capacity of protection and projection.

As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
