Tip if you want just a super flavorful shredded beef you can stop at not making the chipotle sauce, the meat by itself is super flavorful!!!!!

Ingredientes:
2 1/2 lb flank/skirt steak or your choice of beef
Chiles chipotles in adobo sauce I used 10
4 roma tomatoes
Garlic
Onion
3 oz tomato paste
1 tbsp chipotle adobo sauce
3 bay leaves
2 tsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp New Mexico Chile powder
1 1/2 tsp chipotle powder
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp beef bouillon
1 tbsp crush black pepper
Salt I used 5 tsp
4 cups instant corn masa
1/2 cup APF
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3-4 cups hot water
1 serving of love 💕
