*** 업소용 레시피는 위 레시피 100 배 만들어 놓고 냉장고에 잘 보관 후 사용 합니다....

Starch syrup ........... 25 g / 1/10 cup
General Coarse Red Pepper Powder ........... 80 g / 8T

Mirim ........... 140 g / 3/4 cup

*** Make 100 times the above recipe and store it in the fridge before using it....
