Welcome back to another episode of Cook With Me. It’s Friday, so that means it’s date night! On the menu today are Fresh Hand Cut Noodles topped with a delicious Taiwanese Meat Sauce, and on the side, we have some Crispy Chicken Wings, carrots, and cucumber.

These Fresh Hand Cut Noodles are one of my favorite things to make. It only requires 3 ingredients, and it's so delicious and comforting! This recipe is passed down from my mom, so I’ll be sharing some tips to make sure your noodles always turn out perfect!
