Welcome back to another episode of Cook With Me. I went back to my mom’s house on Mother’s Day, and they have the most beautiful garden with delicious produce! She had so many chives, so I thought I’d bring some home to make some homemade Chives Pancake. On the menu today is Chives Pancake and a refreshing watermelon lemon drink.

Not bragging, but my mom’s CRISPY Chinese Chives Pancake recipe is seriously the BEST you will ever try! Meat lovers, you will never believe that these Chinese Chives Pockets are 100% VEGETARIAN. They are pan-fried till golden brown and crispy. These chives pockets are flavourful and delicious. Make them this weekend and thank me after!

The crispy homemade bun requires only 4 simple ingredients: flour, salt, water, and oil. I included the full recipe below with a more detailed description :)
