Traditional Sendai, Japan Snack Shiso-Maki

Описание к видео Traditional Sendai, Japan Snack Shiso-Maki

It is in its basic form a shiso leaf wrapped around miso and fried, and served with rice, tea, or sake in Miyagi, Fukushima, and Iwate prefectures from long ago.

While shiso-maki may seem like a simple and inelegant dish, don't be fooled!
Sendai Shiso-Maki Hosokawa's modern high-quality arrangements are set out by fine hotels and inns in Sendai.
The miso is a blend of four Sendai varieties. And the shiso leaves are the freshest large leaves from Miyagi's Misato-machi.
Five fantastic flavors such as walnut, cashew, spicy miso and others further increase the appeal!
