Venus Flytrap Update April 2022

This is A Succulent Flytraps Venus Flytraps Update for April 2022 (I had to delete my previous upload since it was incomplete......thanks to my viewers for letting me know).
Wow what a growing season we've had here in Sydney Australia! With our La Nina producing copious amounts of rain and humidity we've had an incredibly wet and humid summer. The Venus Flytraps along with all the other carnivorous plants have really enjoyed the conditions. There's also been a lot of insects about especially house flies. Since I grow my carnivorous plants outside all year round its up to the plants to catch all the insects they need.......and the plants have been catching a lot! The carnivorous plants at my nursery have really taken advantage of the smorgasbord of flying and terrestrial insects.
In this video I explore how the Venus Flytraps are looking at this time of year including other low lying carnivorous plants such as various species of Drosera (Sundews). I also include growing and care tips as I explore my nursery. Happy growing to you all!
