[INDONESIAN]
Resep Beef Steak (untuk 2-4 porsi)

Steak lokal:
200 gr sirloin
1 butir kuning telur
1 sdm terigu
½ sdt garam
1-2 sdm lada hitam
½ sdm maizena
3 siung bawang putih (jangan dikupas), geprek
1-2 batang rosemary
3 sdm mentega

Wagyu:
200-350 gr daging steak (rib eye)
3 siung bawang putih (jangan dikupas), geprek
½ sdt garam
1 sdm lada hitam
1-2 batang rosemary
3 sdm butter

Saus:
1-2 sdm steak sauce / bbq sauce (   • Resep Saus Barbecue: Cocok Untuk Berb...  )
1 sdm saus tomat
500 ml kaldu sapi (air + 3 cube kaldu sapi)
½ sdm kecap asin
5 siung bawang merah
Lada hitam (takaran sesuai selera)
100 ml cream
15 ml Cooking sake / wine / cognac / apple juice

Langkah:
1. Untuk daging lokal, pukul-pukul daging sirloin menggunakan belakang pisau secara dua arah, lalu geprek
2. Masukkan kuning telur, aduk rata
3. Tambahkan lada hitam, garam, tepung terigu dan maizena, aduk rata
4. Untuk saus, campur air kaldu dengan steak sauce, saus tomat, dan kecap asin, lalu aduk
5. Untuk wagyu, keringkan dengan tisu, lalu marinasi dengan garam dan lada hitam, lalu tekan-tekan sampai rata
6. Panaskan Tefal Fry Pan Natural Force dengan sedikit minyak
7. Panggang daging selama 2-3 menit lalu balik
8. Masukkan bawang putih, rosemary, dan mentega, lalu siram ke daging
9. Setelah matang, istirahatkan daging selama 5-10 menit
10. Untuk steak lokal, pan seared hingga kering, lalu balik
11. Tambahkan bawang putih, rosemary, dan mentega, lalu siram ke daging
12. Setelah matang, istirahatkan daging selama 5-10 menit
13. Iris bawang merah, lalu tumis di pan yang sama
14. Masukkan lada hitam, cooking wine, dan air kaldu, masak hingga 2-3 menit di api besar

Beef Steak Recipe (yield: 2-4 servings)

Local Steak:
200 g sirloin
1 pc egg yolk
1 tbsp flour
½ tsp salt
1-2 tbsp black pepper
½ tbsp cornstarch
3 clove garlic, skin-on and pounded
1-2 sprig rosemary
3 tbsp butter

Wagyu:
200-350 g steak (rib-eye)

1 tbsp black pepper

Sauce:
1-2 tbsp steak sauce / BBQ sauce (   • Resep Saus Barbecue: Cocok Untuk Berb...  )
1 tbsp tomato sauce
500 ml beef stock (water + beef stock cubes)
½ tbsp soy sauce
5 pc shallot
Black pepper, to taste
100 ml cream
15 ml cooking wine / sake / cognac / apple juice

Steps:
1. For the local steak, pound the sirloin from two directions and pummel it.
2. Rub with egg yolk evenly.
3. Add the black pepper, salt, flour, and cornstarch.
4. For the sauce, combine the stock with the steak sauce, tomato sauce, and soy sauce. Mix well.
5. For the Wagyu, pat dry with a paper towel and marinate the steak with salt and black pepper. Press it in evenly.
6. Heat Tefal Natura Force Fry Pan with a bit of oil.
7. Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes, then flip.
8. Add the garlic, rosemary, and butter in. Baste the steak.
9. After it’s cooked, rest it for 5-10 minutes.
10. For the local steak, pan-sear the steak until crisp, then flip.
11. Add the garlic, rosemary, and butter in. Baste the steak.
12. After it’s cooked, rest it for 5-10 minutes.
13. Slice the shallots and sauté in the same pan.
14. Add the black pepper, cooking wine, and the sauce in. Cook for 2-3 minutes on high heat.
15.Add the cream and butter in. Stir well.
16. Slice the steak after it cools down.
17. Serve the steak with the sauce.
