Shining a light on inspirational female GP practice staff for International Women’s Day 2022.

We asked staff to nominate the outstanding women from their GP practices who have continuously gone above and beyond for patients and colleagues.

Dr Caroline Rance, GP at St Augustine’s Medical Practice, Keynsham was nominated by the Practice Receptionist.

'Caroline always has a smile on her face, approachable even while under so much pressure and is so friendly to all her patients and all the staff here. She has been so kind to me and been there for me to talk to during Covid but most importantly, she was so supportive when my husband was diagnosed with cancer at the end of last year.'
