4 small to medium onions chopped

1 tsp red chilli
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt

4 small to medium ripe tomatoes pureed
1/2 tsp kasoori methi

Spice mix powder
1 small mace
2 cinnamon stick
7 to 8 pepper corns
4 cloves
4 green cardomom
