If you’re a fan of Smoked Turkey like I am, you’re gonna love this Smoked Turkey Breast Recipe.

These turkey breast come from the store labeled as Turkey Breast Roasts. They come with the skin removed and weigh approximately 1.5 pounds each. These are great to put in the smoker for Thanksgiving along with your whole turkey because its going to give you a ton more turkey breast meat and you wont need to worry about cleaning up another carcass afterwards.

I start with three large boneless, skinless turkey breast roasts and to season the turkey breast I use a mixture of Dukes Mayonnaise, Maple Syrup, BBQ Rub, and Chipotle Hot Sauce. Make sure you do this to taste. I should have added more of the rub and more of the maple syrup. After combining all of the above ingredients I simply rub the turkey breasts in the mayo mixture and put them directly into the Pit Boss Smoker which was set to 225 degrees.

Smoke the Turkey breast in your smoker until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees and let them rest for about 15 minutes before slicing into them.
