There is nothing like good or bad painkiller. We have different classes and different classes, different intensity and different dosages of painkiller that we have. For instance we have paracetamol, aceclofenac, diclofenac, we also have piroxicam and naproxen and all these drugs help us to reduce pain by their anti-inflammatory activities. But we have to see that these drugs are specific to specific kind of pains and some kind of problem that we have. So we can’t really use one kind of drug for all kinds of pain.
