A re-released version of the original LP did appear briefly in audio cassette format but it has never been released as a CD, and clean vinyl copies can be hard to find. Uploaded to ArchivesofSound under the terms of Warners’s agreement with YouTube [http://www.wmgmusiclicensing.com/WMGM...] and as an important part of the sound archive of Guildford Cathedral Choir. EMI, who made the original recording under the Music for Pleasure label, played a pivotal role in the early development of the choir. Originally issued under catalogue number MFP 1104 in 1966, this LP was re-issued in 1976 with a new cover photo (pictured here) and revised sleeve notes. For the new cover, EMI used a professional child model, which was a pity because a Guildford chorister would have known which way round to wear his cassock...)
