Описание к видео Using Tasks to Disrupt Problem Patterns

Many of our clients may feel that their problems are outwith their control, with the feeling that their problem patterns are caused by the way they are feeling.

So in this video I'll share 4 types of behavioural tasks you can give your clients to help them towards real change in their lives. These may also be useful for anyone looking for creative ways to stop bad habits of their own.
