About Kenneth Lo
Kenneth Lo has been in Sports, Fitness, Strength & Conditioning for close to 25 years. Being a Personal Trainer, Strength Coach and Body Transformation Specialist, he has established and continues to build a reputation based around his experience and results-based coaching.

His clients in Hong Kong trained with him for many years. The longest client was with him for 12 years. They grew together, trained together and developed together.

Getting in shape and making yourself stronger is essential for everyone- It is a lifestyle. Certainly, it is not for average people. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. He believes in finding the pleasurable side of strength and bodybuilding training. He believes everyone should follow the correct training program to achieve their goals. Sore muscles or making clients tired is not his goal, the goal is to have a healthy lifestyle, a stronger body and a better appearance.

Anyone can make their clients tired, Kenneth makes his clients energised.
