To help shed some light on the impact of AI on the recruiting and hiring processes, I asked Ji-A Min for her thoughts. Ji-A is the head data scientist at Ideal, a Toronto-based company that builds recruitment automation software for talent acquisition and uses artificial intelligence to automate repetitive recruiting tasks such as resume screening and candidate outreach. She is also a published researcher and has a Masters Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
