Ingredients for gravy.
3 tbsp oil.
2 medium chopped onion.
5 cloves garlic.
½ inch chopped ginger.
1 green chilli.
1 star anise.
3 pcs. Laung.
1 cinnmonstic
1 cardamom.
5 pcs black peper.
1 bay leaf.
3 medium tomato.
7 pcs. Cashew.

Ingredient for sabji.
2 big tbsp. oil.
1 small onion.
7 pcs. Green beans.
½ carrot.
½ cauliflower.
½ capsicum.
4 tbsp. water.
1 tbsp. red chilli powder.
½ tbsp.turmeric powder.
As per taste salt.
½ tbsp.garam masala.
½ cup corn.
1/3 cup peas.
3 tbsp. oil
100 gram paneer.
1 tbsp. red chilli powder.
½ tbsp. turmeric powder.

Process.
Take A Cooker Add 1/2 Cup Corn & 1/3 Cup Of Peas. Add a glass Water In Cooker. Start Flame & Take A Pan.
Add 3 Tbsp Oil, once Oil Is Hot Add 2 Medium Roughly Chopped Onion. Add 5 Cloves Garlic & 1/2 Inch Chopped Ginger.
Add 1 Spicy Green Chilli,1 Star Anise,3 Pcs Laung, 1 Cinnmonstick,1 Pcs Of Cardamom. Add 5 Pcs Of Black Pepper & 1 Bay Leaf.
Mix Well All Ingredients.
Add 3 Medium Roughly Chopped Tomato. Add 7 Pcs Of Cashew.
Keep Stirring for 2 Min. & Cover The Pan with Lid for 8 To 10 Min. After 8 To 10 Min. Open The Lid & Keep Stirring for 1 Min.
cool down.
After Cooldown, Take A Mixer Jar Remove The Bay Leaf.
Add Cook Vegetable & grind it. strain the Gravy.
Start Flame & take A Pan Add 2 Big Tbsp. Oil.
Once Oil Is hot, Add 1 Small Chopped Onion & keep stirring.
Sauté Onion & Add Chopped Green Beans. Add Chopped Carrot, Capsicum & Cauliflower. Keep Stirring for 2 Min.
Add 4 Tbsp. Water & Cover The Pan for 5 Min. After 5 Min. Open The Cover & Add The Gravy.
Mix Well & Add 1 Tbsp. Red Chilli Powder, 1/2 Tbsp. Turmeric Powder. As Per Taste Salt. Add 1/2 Tbsp. Garam Masala & Mix Well. Add Green Peas & Corn. Take A Pan, Add 3 Tbsp. Oil & shallow fry Paneer. Add 1 Tbsp. Red Chilli Powder & 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder. Your paneer Tadka Is A Ready.
Add Paneer tadka To Sabji & Cook for 5 Min. Garnish with Coriander Leaves. Tasty Sabji Is A Ready.
