How Temperature Changes with Height and Atmospheric Layers

The distinct temperature layers in our atmosphere are the troposphere, stratosphere, mesosphere, thermosphere, and exosphere. The transitioning layers - namely, tropopause, stratopause, and mesopause - are also described. The main characteristics and weather phenomena of each layer are discussed.
