The Eastside can be viewed as a "healthier' more refreshing version of the Southside with the subtle addition of muddle cucumber.

Originally served as a long drink over ice, it received a glow up by the team at Milk & Honey and is now sipped out of a stemmed cocktail glass.

INGREDIENTS
2-3 cucumber slices
6-8 mint leaves
2 oz / 60 ml gin (Hendricks)
1 oz / 30 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
3/4 oz / 22.5 ml simple syrup
