Bihun Sup Utara or Northern Rice Vermicelli Soup traditionally have bright yellow vermicelli which makes them unique and stands out from any kind of rice vermicelli dish in Malaysia. The broth is made from cow bones that been cooked for hours resulting flavourfull broth and tender meat.
