豬手 3 磅
生抽 1 1/2 湯匙
胡椒粉適量
1 1/2 湯匙粟粉

醬汁:
蠔油 1 湯匙
柱侯醬 1 湯匙
南乳 2 塊

薑 1 片
八角 1 粒
冰糖半安士
陳皮 2 瓣
紹興酒 1 湯匙
腐乳適量
老抽適量

Recipe:
3 lb pork know
1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
Some white pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch

Sauce mix:
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp chee hou sauce
2 pieces fermented red bean

1 piece of ginger
1 piece of star anise
1/2 oz rock sugar
2 sections tangerine
1 Tbsp Cooking wine
Some fermented bean curd
