This 40 minute Intermediate to Advanced Vinyasa Yoga Flow for Full Body Strength and Flexibility will help you improve upon your strength, flexibility and balance. This sequence is rather energetic and fast paced. We will go through our full body warm up, Sun Salutations and exercises for muscle activation quickly to build heat in the body before we approach deeper poses of this 40 minute vinyasa flow.

This 40 Min Intermediate to Advanced Vinyasa Yoga Flow for Full Body Strength and Flexibility will focus on:
Full body warm up
Hip Flexor activation and strength
Core strength
Spinal waves
Hip Stretches
Headstand
Backbends


This fun, sweaty, energizing total body vinyasa yoga flow will specifically target your core strength and stability as well as your lower body strength, back flexibility and balance. The will be no breaks offered but you are more than welcome to pause this video and take a child’s pose whenever it feels necessary. After you repeat this sequence a few times your body will begin to memorize the sequence and learn new skills and workload.

This is a full length practice of 40 minutes that includes warm up and a shorter shavasana. You will definitely feel awake and energized once you step off the mat.

This full body vinyasa yoga practice for strength and flexibility will be suitable for more experienced practitioners but you can always modify a few movements to match your level of energy and needs.

No equipment is necessary for this practice. Do your best, stay patient and grateful for all the change you are creating. Remember to smile and have fun.
