I’m feel like I am incredibly close but this is what handstand push up training looks like for me at the moment

- To Failure
- 4 Sets

Chest To Wall Handstand Push Up
- 2 Reps, 1 Negative, 7 second Isometric
- 5 Set

Planche Lean
- 7 seconds
- 5 sets

Weighted Push Up
- 5 reps
- 5 Sets

Weighted Dips
- 5 reps
- 5 Sets
