Kids In Prison Then & Now: Small Town Brothers Who Got 60 & 30 Years - How Are They Now (2011-2023)

In this look back at a real crime documentary case that riveted a small, rural Indiana town, we follow the cases of brothers Blade and Bennie Reed, arrested at age 15 and 17 in 2008 for murder and attempted murder. These small town boys had never been in trouble with the law, and a night that started out with an attempt to steal beer from a neighbors house went horribly wrong and ended up with one person dead and the others scarred for life. In this video, we look back at Blade and Bennie's second year in maximum-security adult prison, and their reflections on what happened the night of the crime, and how they're each doing serving long prison sentences. We then see the boys have a prison visit with each other, the first time they've seen each other since the night of the crime. At the end of the video there is an update on how the boys are now, 15 years after the crime.
