As I often do, I decided to have a look at Reedham Riverside and watch any passing boats on the River Yare. Different vehicles arrived and it was clearly obvious there was a major problem. A police drone was put up and it went along the River and out of sight. The fire service went out in their boat and the Coastguard were in attendance.
The fire brigade boat returned with a camouflaged jacket. A policeman checks the pockets but nothing is found. They think this was probably the ‘body’ seen floating down river. A Ranger boat arrives to take 2 policemen and 2 coastguard members to the site where the jacket was found. After a while, they return and it’s decided it was just the jacket and not a body.
After a couple of group photos, everyone goes their separate ways and you would never know about the recent unfolding drama.
If you ever see something similar, ring 999 and ask for the Coastguard.
If this had been an actual body in the River, this video would never be posted. That is not what my channel is about.
