In this video, I give my opinion on who I believe are the 3 best hire to the Carolina Panthers Staff. Thomas Brown comes to Carolina from the LA Rams and will provide a needed spark to the offense. Josh McCown, a long time NFL journeyman will join the Panthers as a Quarterbacks coach. He will be the one to most closely mentor CJ Stroud, Bryce Young, Will Levis, or Anthony Richardson. Jim Caldwell comes with over a decade of NFL coaching knowledge, and has coached the likes of both Peyton Manning and Matthew Stafford.
