Fifth place to visit is Karis where we get to meet Mufid "Muffe" Asid, owner of Muffe's Bygg. Muffe says Karis has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere - if you just sit and talk with someone in the café and make local friends, soon they will present you to another and then another...until you realize you have yourself turned into a Karis local.
