Fish Stew - tasty tilapia fish stew

INGREDIENTS:
2 large fresh tilapia cleaned and cut to desired sizes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 ginger powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning or 1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 tsp crushed white pepper
1 tsp salt (adjust amount to taste)
Avocado/vegetable oil for deep frying
Aromatics for frying - fresh thyme1 scotch bonnet chili, fresh Rosemary and small bundle of scallions

Tomato base stew ingredients:

2 red onion thinly sliced
Half cup of oil fish was dried in
Blend of 4 Scallions, 3 Scotch bonnet chilis, 6 Serrano chilis
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp crushed white pepper
1 tsp all purpose seasoning or 1 chicken stock cube
4 cups tomato sauce
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Few optimal fresh onion rings for garnish
