水出しコーヒーは酸味などがはっきり出ないので、エチオピアにはどうかな？と思ったのですが、華やかな香りが活かされて、個人的には大好きな味に仕上がりました。
アフリカ産のお豆らしいジューシーなアイスコーヒーとはまた別の美味しさで、病みつきになりそうです🤤

スタバのキッシュは大好きで何回も作っているのですが、夏野菜を乗せたのは初めて。見た目も含めてちょっと特別なキッシュに仕上がりました。

秋になったらキノコのキッシュも作りたいな〜😊

Thanks for watching! This is the final episode featuring my beloved Ethiopian beans. I was a bit skeptical about cold brewing Ethiopian beans because I thought the acidity might be lost, but the floral notes really shine through in this method. It's a completely different deliciousness from the juicy iced coffee you typically get from African beans. I'm totally hooked! I love Starbucks' quiche and have made it many times, but this is the first time I've topped it with summer vegetables. It turned out to be a really special quiche, both in taste and appearance. I can't wait to make a mushroom quiche in the fall! I hope everyone can enjoy a relaxing coffee break today.
